💰 Pricing and Billing

All payments are billed post-completion of work.

• Audit & Consult: Starting at $500*
• Test Tokens: Starting at $1,000* per token
• Each test varies in complexity and uses 1–4+ tokens
• Developer Support: Starting at $200/hr*

You'll only ever be charged for work that's been approved and completed. *Prices are subject to change

📝 Terms & Refund Policy

All sales with TESTLAB are final.

Due to the intense nature of our work—which includes labor, software, and strategic planning, and research—we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

This applies to:

• Completed services
• Unused or partially used test tokens
• Developer hours
• Strategy sessions

By working with TESTLAB, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

🚨 Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes vary by task complexity and support level:

• Standard Support: Starts within 72 business hours
• Emergency Support: Starts immediately, even nights/weekends
